Good afternoon, I usually buy a lot online, and with COVID much more, as I imagine.
Well, ATSTROGAMINIG is not a place to buy online, it is a scam, DO NOT BUY HERE or you will lose money for sure.
Worst service of attention that I have seen in my 20 years of experience.

You are lost. I have never seen a person more incapable of doing their job.
Buying here I have only managed to lose my time and my money without obtaining any product, I have a table waiting for an answer or a solution while I do not have the products I buy or the money, go management.

Absolutely terrible customer service.
Astro are refusing to issue a return label "Because of Brexit" which is an awful excuse and a lie designed to prevent them providing a refund for a faulty headset that has stopped working after only 7 months
Andrew Radlett is both rude and astoundingly unprofessional. Avoid this company and their products like the plague

Had the headset for 4 years, a part goes out on one side and instead of helping at all, customer support told me to go buy a new one after I specifically stated to them that these were a gift and I can't afford them, let alone another pair.
Worst headset I have ever owned. 300 dollars and I have had nothing but problems. Astro = elite gaming is more like Astro = the poops i take in the morning. I W.I.L.L. N.E.V.E.R. O.W.N. ANOTHER PAIR SCREW YOU AND SUCK A DICK
controller only work for about 2 months then the left L3 didn't want to work at all and R3 started to drift really bad. I send the controller back took them about 3 weeks to send it back. Then about 3 weeks later it started again now im trying to contact them but I guess they cant see my emails I would not buy astro anything if I was you guys stay away from them not worth the headaches
I had brought a Astro headset from coolshop around 6 months ago, i had issues with the Mixamp turning off and not connecting correctly.
I made contact with Astro direct themselves in December explaining the situation i was experiencing, i had a guy called lewis dealing with the issue for me, he asked for the receipt and serial numbers which i provided, he then said we can send you out a replacement but they didn't have any until january and asked if i could wait until then. Come Mid January i hadn't heard from Astro so i emailed them asking if they had any in stock yet, Lewis replied yes ill send you the details on where to send the faulty mixamp to.
Upon looking at the details i noticed that i had to pay the full amount including insurance and tracking of the mixamp, i questioned Lewis to why i had to pay for a fault on a item that's 6 months old and not something that i've done myself, His reply was its company policy.
over the years ive spent loads of money with Astro more than i probably should have, i had a controller from Xbox 2 years ago that didnt connect wirelessly they changed it straight away and collected via a courier, the same with turtle beach there policies are the same as xbox.
This will be my last purchase from Astro im disgusted the way they expect there customers to pay for a faulty item that they mass produce.

Extremely not worth it I’ve been waiting for 3 weeks for my headset that I paid for 2 day shipping and nobody at Astro is getting back to me with the 10 emails that I’ve sent. The tracking tells me “on its way” with no updates on where it’s going. Might just buy a headset from a better company n smash the astros when they get here
Plain and simple. Customer service SUCKS!!!!! I cannot get Nicholas from customer service to return my emails. Garbage!! If I could give it a big fat zero I would.
I just spend three and half weeks trying to trouble shoot my failing battery on 2nd pair of 150's. The battery failed on the first pair too. I would get a response every 4 days with another step in the realm of " have you tried disconnecting and reconnecting the device" while jumping through these ridiculous hoops my battery completely failed and my headset stopped working all together. The technician simply stopped replying to me.. I sent a further 4 emails over the next week before finally getting a response. My warranty had expired by a matter of days now so I was not entitled to a refund... DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT
Constant stick drift. Almost impossible to play with. Had my modules warranty twice and now have ordered 3 extra. Dont spend the money.
I ve buy an A10 headset, and have a problem with the cable !
I’ve write to their assistance, and they confirm my request of changing my cable with a new one !
